Her role is to bring clarity to the numbers, the sequence, and the tradeoffs before anyone signs the wrong contract.
Kathie handles the solar side — system sizing, production estimates, and how the project fits with roof condition, detach-and-reset timing, and Austin Energy incentives. If the roof needs work before panels go on, she coordinates both so nothing falls through the gap.
Going solar takes permits, inspections, and utility approval. We run all of it and tell you where things stand along the way.
